Privacy Policy – Re-Hospitality<\/b><\/h1>\n

For the purposes envisaged by the EU Regulation No. 2016\/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR Regulation”) performed through this website www.re-hospitality.com,<\/b> we inform you that the processing of the personal data you provide (first name, last name, IP address, telephone number, email and\/or browsing data) is carried out by Sara Drudi<\/b>, holder of personal VAT number, hereinafter “Holder”, and will be subject to processing by the latter in compliance with the regulations envisaged by the aforementioned GDPR Regulation and the consequent rights and obligations, as described below. <\/p>\n

1. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING<\/b><\/h3>\n

The processing of the above personal data is for the purpose of:<\/p>\n

(a)<\/b> to know information about the use of the Site, to enable and control its proper functioning and display, purposes for which please refer to the Cookie Policy: legal basis: legitimate interest of the Owner;<\/b><\/p>\n

(j)<\/b> possible protection of its rights in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings: legal basis: legitimate interest of the Owner<\/b>.<\/p>\n

2. MODALITIES OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/h3>\n

Data processing is carried out by manual and\/or electronic means and consists of the operations of collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.<\/p>\n

The processing is carried out by the Data Controller, as well as by expressly authorized appointees and data processors.<\/p>\n

3. DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL<\/b><\/h3>\n

Providing the requested personal data is necessary<\/b> only for the purposes indicated in (a)<\/b>, (b)<\/b>, (c)<\/b>, (i)<\/b>, and (j)<\/b> above; failure to do so will result in the inability to use the Site and related services.<\/p>\n

For the purposes indicated in (e)<\/b>, (f)<\/b>, (g)<\/b>, (h)<\/b>, the provision is optional<\/b>, subject to your consent, freely revocable at any time.<\/p>\n

Personal data come to the attention only of the Owner, data processors or appointed external data processors.<\/p>\n

Data may be disclosed to external collaborators and providers of technological and digital services (e.g., hosting services, email marketing, CRM software, cloud platforms), exclusively for the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1 and according to the legal bases referred to there.<\/p>\n

Personal data are not subject to dissemination<\/b>.<\/p>\n

5. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD<\/b><\/h3>\n

Personal data may be transferred to European Union countries or to third countries, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and adopting the safeguards required by the legislation (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, additional measures).<\/p>\n

6. DATA RETENTION<\/b><\/h3>\n

The data shall be processed for the period strictly necessary for the performance of the individual activities referred to in Paragraph 1 and thereafter retained for a period of up to ten years<\/b> for the purposes referred to in (i)<\/b> and (j).<\/b><\/p>\n

For the purposes of (e)<\/b>, (f)<\/b>, (g)<\/b>, and (h)<\/b>, data shall be processed until consent is revoked and retained for a period of two years<\/b> starting from the date of completion of the last activity, unless retention is necessary for the protection of the Owner.<\/p>\n
