Book Refuges – Strategy, development and positioning of the portal

Book Refuges is a portal dedicated to hikers and refuge managers. Our intervention helped make it more intuitive, recognizable and growth-oriented.

We supported the technical team in improving the UX and booking path, making the experience smoother for users and managers. In parallel, we took care of SEO, editorial content creation and text optimization, supporting the increase of organic traffic and ranking.

Growth has been supported by targeted digital campaigns and constant monitoring through periodic reports on performance, bookings and conversions. We have also made commercial and institutional presentations, participating directly in fairs and events, including the national presentation of the portal at CAI.

The result is a more robust and competitive platform: a modern reference point for living and managing the shelter experience, with a clearer digital presence and capable of generating value over time.
